Emergency Care: We are available in any emergency situation. During our office hours, patients can call our office and will be treated as soon as possible. In the evenings and during weekends, a call to our answering service will ensure an immediate response from Dr. Pernoud who is on staff at area hospitals to meet your emergency surgical needs.

Convenience: We are conveniently located in Festus at the Jefferson Memorial Hospital and in Rolla in the 72 Centre where we proudly serve our patients from local counties.

Availability: Our team is committed to your oral and facial health, and we will do everything possible to ensure that your needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Comfort: Dr. Pernoud has had extensive anesthesia training that enables him to sedate patients when necessary to ensure comfort. Your comfort is a top priority, so we offer a relaxed and comfortable environment and provide anesthesia when necessary.

Your Initial Consultation: In order to provide you with the highest quality of care, Dr. Pernoud will meet with you for an initial consultation and will explain the surgical procedure to you in detail during this visit. In some cases we are available to complete the procedure as well.

Our treatment rooms are equipped with the most current technology to help eliminate risks.
